Section 34 of Ordinance 33 of 1900 is what
His Excellency refers. The Acting Captain Superintendent of
Folice has not recommended dismissal or reduction. Can the
Governor on the representation contained in the Acting Captain
Superintendent of Folice's report of 29th. August, 1803, dis-
.miss or reduce.?
